We build what the roadmap ranked first, in small phases you can watch working, on the tools your team already uses. When the data cannot be on third-party servers, we build it on the infrastructure you own.

    Every candidate gets a feasibility check: what exists off the shelf, what it would cost to build, and the pros and cons of each. You get a ranked roadmap.

    We break the project into phases, each one a working piece your team can use before the next starts. Then we train your team and hand over the system, the documentation and the keys.

How does an engagement usually start?
With a paid discovery. We interview your team, map the work, and come back with a ranked roadmap of what to automate and what to leave alone. You can stop there and take the roadmap to anyone, including your own team.
Do we have to keep paying you to keep the system running?
No. We hand over the system, the documentation and the credentials, and we train the people who will run it. Some clients keep us on afterwards as a fractional AI lead. That is a choice, not a condition.
Our data is confidential. Where does it go?
That depends on what your rules allow, and we agree it in writing before any work starts. Where sending data to an outside provider is not acceptable, we build on infrastructure you own, so the data never leaves it.
What do you build with?
Mostly self-hosted workflow automation, databases and custom code, with the AI models chosen per task. We prefer tools your team can read and audit over a black box only we understand.
I am not technical. Can I still do this?
Yes. We build the system and train the people who will use it. If your team can use email and a shared drive, they can run what we hand over.
We already tried AI tools and they did not stick. Why would this be different?
Generic tools sit beside the work instead of inside it, so using them is extra effort and people quietly stop. We build into the process your team already follows, so the system does the step rather than reminding someone to do it.
How long before we see something working?
Builds are split into small phases, so the first working piece lands in weeks rather than months. Each phase starts from a measurement of how the process runs today, so you can see what changed instead of taking our word for it.
Could we take your roadmap and build it ourselves?
Yes, and some clients do. The discovery is yours once it is paid for, including the feasibility notes and the ranked list. We would rather you build it in-house than pay us for something your team can do.
